Return & Exchanges
ENG: All BLKNBLOOD products are made on demand through our production partner. Because each item is custom-made for your order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to wrong size or change of mind. Please review the size guide carefully before purchasing. If you receive an item that is damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at kontakt-blknblood@outlook.com with photos of the issues. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
