Delivery times

All products are individually manufactured to order. The average processing and production time is 2-5 business days . Shipping is then handled by our production and shipping partner.

Estimated delivery times ( after production )

• 🇨🇭 Switzerland : approx. 5-15 working days (including possible customs clearance)
• 🇩🇪 Germany : approx. 2-5 working days
• 🇦🇹 Austria : approx. 3-5 working days
• 🇪🇺Other EU countries: approx. 3-7 working days

Please note that this information is for guidance only and is not legally binding . Slight delays may occur during peak seasons (e.g., holidays, sales) or due to supply shortages.

Shipping partner

Our products are shipped directly from our external fulfillment provider's European production sites (e.g., Latvia, Spain, Poland). Delivery is handled by international shipping providers (e.g., DHL, Deutsche Post, FedEx, DPD) or local partners. After shipment, you will automatically receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking link via email.

Shipping costs & customs fees

Europe: Deliveries within the European Union are duty-free . All applicable taxes are included in the final price.

Switzerland: Deliveries to Switzerland may be subject to customs duties, import VAT, or other charges that are not included in the purchase price and must be paid by the customer upon receipt of the goods . The seller has no control over these charges.

Damaged or defective goods

Should an item arrive damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the goods by email at ( kontakt-blknblood@outlook.com ). Please send us the following information:

• Order number
• Description of the defect
• Meaningful photos of the item (and, if possible, the packaging)

After reviewing the case in cooperation with our partner, you will receive either a replacement or a refund, depending on the situation . A return is only necessary if our partner explicitly requests it.

Returns & Cancellations

Since all products are individually manufactured to order, there is no general right of return or cancellation . This complies with the legal provisions for custom-made products (see Art. 16 lit. c of the EU Consumer Rights Directive).

A replacement or refund is only possible in the following cases:

• demonstrably damaged goods
• faulty printing or incorrect item sent

Return address

A return address may only be provided after prior agreement. Returns will be processed. The return address depends on the specific production location and will be communicated to you by us in each individual case. Returns sent independently without prior consultation cannot be accepted.

Returns & Right of Withdrawal:

As all products are custom-made , there is no general right of return or withdrawal . This is in accordance with the legal provisions for custom-made goods (see Article 16(c) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive).

A replacement or refund is only available in the following cases:

• Proven damage during shipping
• Printing defects
• Incorrect item delivered

Return Address:

 A return address will be provided only after prior approval. The return location depends on the respective production facility and will be communicated on a case-by-case basis. Returns sent without prior authorization cannot be accepted.
